At Santa Calle, we operate with intention, quality, and respect for every customer.

All items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, but size exchanges may be accommodated based on availability. Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days. Items not in stock may take 7–10 business days. We offer both shipping and local pickup in Orange County by appointment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
